A fully-integrated content management system For the Urban League of Philadelphia.

When Untuck Design came to me to handle the WordPress development the Urban League of Philadelphia website, I knew it meant we would use WordPress to it’s fullest extent. The site features a news section, a customized events calendar section, flickr gallery feed, donation forms integrated with PayPal and many other features.

Custom post types were created to manage stories, sponsors and notes from ULP’s president. In the WordPress back-end advanced custom fields were used to create unique edit screens for all post types. On the backend, every page is given layout options which can be added an arranged to create a unique layout appropriate for each page.

The calendar section was completely re-themed to match Untuck’s very stylish and intuitive calendar event listings. The Events Calendar Pro plugin was used to power the events.

The homepage features the ability to add slides and text to the rotator. A unique setup of options for every part of the site including the homepage, header and footer areas that allow the content in this amazing design to be fully-editable. Untuck was overjoyed with the pixel-perfect execution of the design and content management system.
